Laise Cedraz Pinto
Laise, a Professor at Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) Brazil, moved (with her entire family) to York for a 4 month sabbatical, and studied stress responses of Maillard reaction products (MRPs) using yeast as a an experimental system.
